Thank you for shopping at Bareezekart. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and packaging are intact.
- The return is initiated within 7 days of the item's delivery date.
- The item is not excluded from returns (see "Non-Returnable Items" below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear and innerwear
- Socks
- Accessories (e.g., jewelry, hair clips) if the packaging is opened
- Items marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale"
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Email Us: Contact our customer service team within the 7-day return period at kosmartofficial@gmail.com. Please include:
- Your order number.
- The product name(s) you wish to return.
- Reason for the return.
- Photographs of the item(s) if there is a defect or damage.

Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with instructions and a Return Authorization (if approved).

Ship the Item: Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to our return address in Pakistan, which we will provide in our email. Do not send returns without prior authorization.
4. Return Shipping (Who Pays the Cost?)

Local Customers (Within Pakistan): If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or reimburse your shipping cost.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

International Customers (Outside Pakistan): The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes for sending the item back to Pakistan. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Bareezekart is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
- Please note: The original cost of shipping (for both local and international orders) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently only offer refunds. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at kosmartofficial@gmail.com with photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a free return and ship the correct replacement item to you at no extra cost as soon as possible.
